Guidecraft 3D Feel & Find is a wooden shape and tile matching game. It comes complete with 20 wooden shapes and matching, textured tiles in a durable, drawstring canvas bag. Deal out the wooden tiles. Children then reach into the bag to feel and find the corresponding wooden shape. This game addresses the cognitive developmental skill of stereognosis defined as the ability to perceive and recognize the form of an object in the absence of visual and auditory information, by using tactile information received through the sense of touch. Wooden shapes are both geometric and familiar objects. Pieces can also be used as 20 mini whole-object puzzles. Fit the different shapes into the correct cutouts. Safe, non-toxic paints.
